At Super Greens, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
